Sifu Nikhil
My name is Sifu Nikhil Bhola, and I’ve been training in martial arts my whole life, with over 20 years dedicated to Wing Chun. I follow one of Bruce Lee’s most powerful principles: “Absorb what is useful, discard what is not, and add what is uniquely your own.”
To me, that quote defines Wing Chun. It’s about adaptability, understanding yourself, and finding what truly works, both in training and in life.
I believe martial arts should strengthen not just the body, but the mind and spirit too. Every session is designed to help students improve in all areas, to become more disciplined, consistent, and confident through practice and repetition.
Training with me combines cardio, strength work, and self-defence. My goal is to help each student develop genuine skill, self-belief, and resilience, qualities that extend beyond the class.
